Senior People Operations Manager
Role Overview:
The company is seeking a dynamic, highly-structured Senior People Operations Manager to provide full cycle people support across all aspects of its business. The role is critical in executing its people initiatives, providing a great internal employee experience, and driving functional People excellence. The successful candidate will quickly establish him or herself as a person that can be trusted to consider all relevant stakeholder views and interests, and offer thoughtful suggestions. This role is based in Lagos, Nigeria. Candidates living outside Lagos will be considered on an individual basis.
Responsibilities
Lead a team to:
- Foster a customer-centric, “can-do” organizational culture.
- Manage all employee-related administrative functions, including but not limited to, contract management, onboarding and offboarding documentation, payroll and benefits administration, and leave management.
- Maintain company’s HRMS to ensure that employee data is accurate and up-to- date at all times.
- Design and document all employee related processes, including but not limited to, workplace etiquette, disciplinary procedures, workplace incidence management, etc.
- Ensure organizational-wide compliance on all People matters, both internal and external.
- Provide high visibility on employee-related metrics and challenges to company’s leadership team.
- Develop and oversee an SLA-driven and customer-centric employee service desk to ensure that employee questions and concerns are handled in a thorough, timely and professional manner.
- Manage communication and negotiations with both external vendors and governmental bodies re:labor / workforce related issues. (e.g. Background checks + Insurance).
- Research and propose best practices to position the company more competitively in the talent market.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors’ degree required; MSc a plus
- 12+ years in progressively responsible roles with 5+ years formal management / team leadership experience required
- HR-related accreditation preferred (e.g. CIPD or SHRM)

- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills

Senior Product Operations Manager
Role Overview:
The company is seeking a highly-analytical Senior Product Operations Manager in its Service Delivery division to lead the strategic and tactical activities of a 200-person team for a Fortune 500 client. The successful candidate will report to and serve as a key partner to the Account Manager in helping the company’s client achieve the best possible outcomes. This role can be remote.
Responsibilities
Project Delivery:
- Create structure for your team to deliver on complex projects against ServiceLevel Agreements (SLAs) and shared goals.
- Manage workflows, day-to-day communications, and project success metrics.
- Set and communicate team and individual goals, strategy, tactics and behaviors required to achieve those goals.
- Collaborate with Workforce Management to ensure teams are always properly staffed and trained.
- Provide motivational leadership to your team and foster a culture of collaboration and trust.
- Develop junior leads by providing constant feedback on performance and where necessary, coaching to close performance gaps.
- Critically think about the project as related to the client’s end-goal and provide insights and actionable recommendations to get to the best possible outcome.
- Coordinate across stakeholders to ensure the right resourcing, execution and communications are in place to deliver meaningful results.

- Develop process documentation and align with other project managers to ensure consistency of quality processes, critical issues, and reporting across projects.
