Azeez Omosun
Founder and Managing Consultant
Azeez is focused on working with organizations to build a culture of learning and innovation that empowers their people to excel. He has hands-on experience in designing and facilitating impactful learning and creative experiences.
He has over 18 years combined experience in Human Capital Management, Strategy, Business Analysis and Development, across the Financial and Oil & Gas sectors. Prior to founding Collavare Solutions, he was the General Manager, Corporate Services for OVH Energy Marketing, with responsibility and oversight for Human Resources, IT, Corporate Communications and Admin Services. Other roles have included HR Business Partner and Manager, Strategy & Business reengineering with Oando Marketing.
Azeez holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng) in Chemical Engineering, from University of Benin, Nigeria, and a Master of Science & DIC in Process Systems Engineering, from Imperial College London, UK. He is a member of the International Association of Innovation Professionals (IAOIP) and has been trained as an Innovation Architect in Designing Innovation Blueprints, using the Systematic Inventive Thinking (SIT) methodology.

Taiwo is result-oriented and committed to helping others develop. Her work experience includes over 4 years with Oando Plc where she worked across recruitment, employee relations and talent management. She functions as the Human Resource Professional at Collavare Solutions.
She is an alumnus of the University of Ibadan, Nigeria. In addition, Taiwo volunteers and assists with teaching and researches on health-related issues on women and children. She is working towards getting a Certification in Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM).
