Who do you work with?
We are a people-focused HR firm based in Lagos, Nigeria, and we partner with organizations that want to discover, develop, and get the best from their people. We have been of service to organizations including ASCON, Axon Integrated Services, Duport, First Aluminium Nigeria, and Synergy.
What workshops do you offer?
Two workshops anchor our learning offering: Introduction to Creativity & Innovation, and Introduction to Systematic Inventive Thinking (SIT). Each runs as a one-day or two-day session. We also run a free abridged introduction to Creativity & Innovation, delivered as a webinar or at your location.
How do we book a workshop or training session?
Complete our workshop inquiry form with a few details about your team, and we will get back to you to plan the session.
Do you help with recruitment?
Yes. We source and shortlist candidates for client roles across several sectors, and we run a candidate referral programme. Current openings are listed on our Jobs page.
